- Isaac Robinson owns and runs it from Nashville. A team handles recruiting, screening, onboarding and support.
- Who employs my assistant?
- We do. Payroll, paid leave and their local employment administration are ours. Day to day they answer to you.
- What can they do?

- How do I know what kind of assistant I need?
- Start with the work that slows you down most: calendar and inbox point to executive support, calls and follow-up to sales, invoices and reconciliation to bookkeeping. We recruit to your role either way.
- Can they make and take calls?
- Yes. Inbound answering, appointment confirmations, callbacks and outbound follow-up are all base scope.
- Do you place specialists?
- If the role needs a technical or engineering background, name it and we recruit for it. That is a different labor market, so we quote it — the price follows what it takes to attract the talent.
- Can I hire more than one?
- Yes. Each assistant is a separate placement at the same price.
- Will they work my hours?
- Yes. Your assistant works your business hours.
- How many hours is full-time?
- 40 hours a week, on your schedule.
- Do I choose the person?
- Yes. We recruit against your job description, you interview the candidates, and you pick your person. Signing comes after you choose.
- How long does it take?
- About two weeks from your job description to your assistant’s first day.
- What does it cost?
- $1,450 a month, all-in. Month-to-month — 14 days’ written notice, and the current paid month finishes out.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. The first month, paid at signing, is the only payment before your assistant starts.
- Can I give my assistant a bonus?
- Yes, and it goes to them in full. We don’t take a cut.
- What do you provide them?
- Their computer is their own. We add a monitor, keyboard, mouse, dock and a UPS, pay to bring their internet up to 300 Mbit, and set them up on your accounts, software and CRM before they start.
- Do you provide a phone system?
- Yes. Your assistant gets a business phone line from us.
- What if my assistant is out?
- Your assistant accrues 10 days paid time off a year, plus 6 US holidays. Billed normally during ordinary time off. If they are out beyond that, you receive a prorated discount — and for an extended absence, free replacement applies.
- Do they take Philippine holidays?
- No. Paid holidays are 6 US holidays — the days your office is closed anyway. A holiday can move to a workday if you need it.
- What if it’s not working out?
- Free replacement, for as long as you’re a client.
- Who do I talk to if there’s a problem?
- Isaac Robinson, the owner.
- How do you screen candidates?
- Screening is a skills demonstration, an interview, a criminal background check, government-ID verification, and reference checks. For our last role we reviewed ~130 candidates and hired one.
- Is this confidential?
- Your assistant works on your email domain, as a member of your team. We don’t disclose the arrangement.
